Our returns procedure is hassle-free and straightforward. If the product remains unopened, in its original condition and packaging, you have a window of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Please note that additional charges may apply for pick-up and delivery, if the returns are requested from outside Qatar i.e. GCC.
-Once we receive and approve your product return, the value of the item will be credited to your account within 14 working days, in accordance with the Government law.
Please be aware that our return policy only applies to items delivered to Qatar and GCC. Unfortunately, we cannot process purchases or returns for items shipped to any other destination outside of these regions
