Once deliveries are made, you are required to provide a signature. If you or your representative is not in a position to sign for the delivery, our drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which the attempted delivery is abandoned. If possible, we will consider rescheduling the delivery.

After this waiting period, the attempted delivery will be abandoned.
